What to Expect at Your Visit
Your appointment will begin with a thorough consultation, where our clinical team takes the time to understand your concerns, medical history, and goals. Depending on your booking, this may include a focused spot check, a full body skin examination, or an aesthetic consultation. If further treatment or investigation is recommended, we will clearly explain your options and next steps so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
What to Bring
Please bring a valid form of identification, your Medicare card (if applicable), and any relevant medical history or previous skin check results. If you’re attending for a skin check, we recommend removing nail polish and avoiding makeup where possible, as this allows for a more thorough assessment.
Preparing for Your Appointment
For full body skin checks, you may be asked to change into a gown to allow for a complete examination. We encourage you to note any specific moles or spots you’re concerned about so they can be carefully assessed during your visit.
Location & Parking
Our clinic is conveniently located at Casey Market Town Shopping Complex. The easiest access is via the rear car park—simply drive past Aldi and park near the back entrance of the centre. From there, walk through the doors and you’ll find the clinic just outside these rear exits, making access quick and straightforward.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to comfortably check-in and any required paperwork.
Cancellations & Changes
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice so we can offer the time to another patient.
