At Canberra Skin and Aesthetics in Casey Canberra, our doctors are GPs first.
That means every skin check, aesthetic medicine consultation, and treatment comes with your full medical history behind it, not a clipboard you filled in five minutes ago. Doctor-led care, close to home in north Canberra.
Everything your skin needs, under one roof
From mole checks and full-body skin checks in Gungahlin to aesthetic medicine and non-surgical facial treatments in Casey, everything is delivered by qualified GPs, in one clinic.
We see the everyday and the unexpected: the mole you’ve been ignoring, the wrinkle that’s started to bother you, the spot you can’t quite see in the mirror.
Our doctors bring postgraduate aesthetic training alongside years of general practice experience, so skin care here looks at the whole picture, not just the surface.

Why doctor-led matters
Aesthetic treatments and skin cancer care are medical procedures, not beauty services.
The doctor treating your skin should understand your blood pressure history, your medications, and your skin type, not just the procedure itself.
At Canberra Skin, every aesthetic treatment is prescription-only, assessed and performed by a qualified GP.
That means every consultation starts with your health picture, every plan is built around your individual history, and every procedure is carried out by a doctor who takes full clinical responsibility.
It’s the difference between getting a treatment and getting medical care.

Frequently Asked Questions
What services do you offer?
We provide comprehensive skin checks, mole assessments, skin cancer diagnosis and treatment, as well as aesthetic procedures designed to support healthy, confident skin.
Do I need a referral to see a doctor at Canberra Skin?
No referral is required for skin cancer checks, mole checks, or aesthetic consultations. You can book directly through our online booking system or by calling reception.
How often should I have a skin check?
This depends on your individual risk factors, but most people benefit from an annual skin check. Higher-risk patients may require more frequent monitoring.
How long does a full body skin cancer check take?
A full head-to-toe skin check takes around 30 minutes. We use DermEngine high-definition imaging so we can track any subtle changes over time.
What's the difference between a mole check and a full body skin check?
A mole or spot check is a focused review of up to five specific lesions you’re concerned about.
A full body skin cancer screening is a complete head-to-toe assessment using dermoscopy and imaging, recommended at least annually for most adults, more often if you’re high-risk.
Do you bulk bill skin cancer checks?
Please call reception on (02) 6109 9320 to discuss fees and Medicare rebates. Some procedures may attract a Medicare rebate where clinically indicated.
Where are you located, and is there parking?
We’re at 68 Dalkin Crescent in Casey, ACT 2913 — in the Health Plus medical precinct. Free on-site parking is available, and we’re easily reached from Gungahlin, Amaroo, Forde, Ngunnawal, and surrounding north Canberra suburbs.
Can I book a mole check at your Canberra clinic?
Yes, our mole and spot check appointments are available at our Casey clinic without a referral. A focused dermoscopy review covers up to five lesions of concern. Book online or call (02) 6109 9320.
What aesthetic treatments do you provide?
We offer a range of non-surgical treatments and skin rejuvenation procedures, tailored to your individual goals.
